A ninety second quiz that pairs a visitor with the haircutter and the colorist who fit, then sends them to book straight into that chair. A visitor becomes a booked guest without a phone call.
A recruiting engine that watches the calendar
Tracks every cosmetology student we meet, nudges me when one is about to graduate, and has the text and the email ready to send at the press of a button.
Guest care training that takes two weeks
Web based and self paced. New front desk team members are fully trained in under two weeks, with knowledge checks so we know it stuck. Part of a program that now covers every position.
Time off requests across multiple locations, managed in one spot
Requests used to arrive in three different text threads. Now every one lands on a single calendar that both front desks can see. It has never been simpler, and I say that as the person who used to chase it all down.
Every blog post gets its own social set
Write the post, then get the carousel, the stories, the square post and the captions out of the same material, in the salon's voice. Nobody writes it twice and nobody waits on a designer.
